Pillsbury Funfetti Halloween Cupcakes

As much as we love coming up with our own creations for the holidays, sometimes it is so much easier just to grab something already themed and ready to go. I grabbed the orange Pillsbury Funfetti Cupcake mix and frosting when at Safeway recently and my 11-year-old daughter, Kimberly, had a blast making them.

I love little kits like this that are so simple, even my kids can make it without much assistance from me.

These are the two items needed:
-Cake Mix
-Frosting

Walmart also sells them for $1.50 each. That’s $3 and you have 1-2 dozen cupcakes, depending on how large you make them.

A – Affordable
A – Easy
B – Creative -Would have been better if the orange frosting was brighter and if there was some orange to the cake mix.

They also have a nice bright green set that we might just give a try next time.
